Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area

This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

Rules for General Chat

  • Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.

  • Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.

  • Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome

  • Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment

  • Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.

  • Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)

  • If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.

  • Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evolving

In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way

Rules For the rest of the Site also accessible on the sidebar.

As things are getting more interesting lately, I want everyone to understand that the Great Awakening is a collective journey, and the more people who are awake, the more powerful and transformative it can be. By sharing your knowledge, your wisdom, and your experience with those around you, you are playing a vital role in this global process of transformation.

And while it can be exhausting and disheartening at times, just remember that every person you awaken is one more light shining in the darkness, one more soul stepping into their power and purpose. God bless us all as we put heads together as one family to fight against the evil that has befallen our nation and entire world. STAY SAFE AND REMAIN 🙌

Kudos, thank you, great post @ "brain_dead [Unchained Hound] for piquing my interest and desire today to look further into these CoVID incentives.

Here is the link to that post. https://twitter.com/HerbsandDirt/status/1792779063364645049

Yep, It's much worse, but first, just a short intro and deviation from the topic at hand...I am a retired RN who worked full time in healthcare for 38 years. Today, my biggest fear is being admitted to a hospital in a position where I cannot speak for myself. An informed advocate is needed in those situations.

Ok, now to the issue at hand. The CoVID Handwriting On the Wall Progression:

On MARCH 30, 2020, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued EXTENSIVE blanket waivers to the PDF (Physician Self-Referral) Law (Stark Law). The waivers were retroactive to March 1, 2020, they were applied nationwide and remained in effect for the duration of the public health emergency (PHE) which ended on May 11, 2023, but there are certain waivers still in effect today, especially for ALL OF THOSE NON-CITIZENS WHO ARE CROSSING, SWIMMING,, FLYING, WALKING, whatever method, into the USA.

These waivers specifically provided the entire healthcare establishment the "how to" and "what not to do" info regarding how to obtain INCENTIVES to ALL healthcare disciplines and pharmacies pertaining to CoVID testing and vaccination administration.

These blanket waivers are too numerous to count. They are explicit and lengthy. They are rules and guidelines, all specifically CoVID-related, containing hundreds of instructions pertaining to reimbursements and incentives. They are extremely detailed and inclusive of EVERY SINGLE HEALTHCARE RELATED DISCIPLINE, whether it be HOSPITAL, NURSING HOME, PHARMACY AND etc....you name it, and it applied.

HOW, HOW, HOW, can these massive amounts of rules and guidelines (many are even specific to the state itself) have been accomplished so quickly for A BRAND NEW VIRUS, and provided ONLY 9 DAYS AFTER the WHO DECLARED COVID 19 A PANDEMIC AND ONLY 15 DAYS BEFORE INCREMENTAL SHUTDOWNS EVEN BEGAN IN THE US?.... IT COULD NOT...

unless all of these blanket waivers were previously written long before any of us ever heard the word "COVID." And that has to be EXACTLY what happened.

In order to put things in perspective, here is a timeline that covers some of the noteworthy highlights for the first half of 2020.

1/9/20 - WHO announces mysterious coronavirus- related pneumonia in Wuhan

1/20/20 - CDC says 3 US airports will begin screening for Covid

1/21/20 - CDC Confirms first US case, and Chinese scientist confirms CoVID 19 human transmission

1/23/20 - Wuhan now under quarantine

1/31/20 - WHO issues global health emergency

2/2/20 - Global air traffic is restricted

2/3/20 - US confirms public health emergency

2/25/20 - CDC says CoVID 19 is heading toward pandemic status

3/6/20 - 3/21/20 - Passengers on CA cruise ship test positive

3/11/20 - WHO declares CoVID 19 a pandemic

3/15/20 - States begin issuing shutdowns

3/17/20 - University of Minnesota begins testing hydroxychloroquine along with azithromycin (AZT)

3/19/20 - CA issues statewide stay-at-home order

3/24/20 - Clinical trials are placed on hold and innovation stalls

3/25/20 - "Reports" find extended shutdowns can delay second wave

3/30/20 - FDA authorizes use of hydroxychloroquine, and blanket waivers for health care/physicians/hospitals, etc , were initiated

3/31/20 - CoVID 19 can be transmitted through the eye

4/8/20 - Troubles with hydroxychloroquine and AZT - the American Heart Association, the American College of Cardiology, and the Heart Rhythm Society said the drugs aren't for everyone. That was the end for both drugs

4/29/20 - NIH trial shows early promise for Remdesivir

5/1/20 - Remdesivir wins EUA

5/21/20 - US and AstraZeneca form vaccine deal

6/4/20 - Lancet and NEJM retract CoVID 19 studies on hydroxychloroquine

On APRIL 21, 2020, CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services issued guidance on the scope and application of the blanket waivers to the Stark Law. Additionally, the HHS, Office of Inspector General (OIG) issued a FAQ guide to explain its administrative enforcement authorities to arrangements directly connected to the CoVID 19 PHE (public health emergency)

Again, the waivers and instructions and guidelines for implementation are too numerous to count and would take any of us a very long time to read all of them, but they are available on authentic and safe sites online.

Dershowitz: I was inside the court when the judge closed the Trump trial, and what I saw shocked me

The judge actually threatened to strike all of Costello’s testimony if he raised his eyebrows again.

There is absolutely no good reason why a trial of this importance, or any trial, should not be televised live and in real time. Allowing the public to see their courts in action is the best guarantee of fairness. As Justice Louis Brandeis wisely said a century ago, “Sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

Does this mean the tribunals will be televised?

New $120K Tesla Cybertruck BREAKS DOWN After Running Just 35 Miles

Another Cybertruck owner has reported technical issues with his brand-new electric pickup after driving no more than 35 miles.

Jason Jones purchased his new Cybertruck in Pensacola, Florida on May 9, spending $119,990 on the "Cyberbeast" variant of the Cybertruck. He picked it up at the Tesla Service Center and drove 35 miles to a nearby Supercharger station in Crestview on his way home to Destin. But as he was charging the truck, it began leaking coolant from the rear.

Jones immediately called Tesla's customer service for assistance, but to his surprise, coolant leaks were not covered under warranty. He then posted about his situation on X with an accompanying picture of his Cybertruck.

"@elonmusk Broke down 35 miles from delivery @Tesla Pensacola with my new CyberBeast. Called Tesla service and the rep told me Tesla doesn't cover coolant leaks. They did end up sending a tow truck. No delivery experience at all and the truck was very dirty at pick up," wrote Jones.

Jones also posted his frustration over the condition of the truck at the Pensacola service center.

"The other thing that really frustrates me… is, when I picked it up … the truck was very dirty outside and [had] issues inside. Charge was 47 percent… I've never picked up a new car without a full tank of gas. WTF Tesla?" Jason wrote.

He also voiced all this frustration on the Cybertruck Owners Club forum. And only when his posts went viral did Tesla take immediate action.

Tesla Cybertruck issues continue to pile up

Reports of Tesla's Cybertruck experiencing grave malfunctions started popping up almost immediately after it entered the market. The situation with Jones' Cyberbeast adds to the long list of incidents that occur immediately after purchase of the electric trucks.

Aside from the coolant leak incident, new owners are reporting accelerator pedal flaws, software glitches, rust, brake failures, easily soiled exteriors and panel misalignment.

"The cover may separate and get stuck behind the trim, which could potentially lead to several accidents," an X user posted along with a video showing that the pedal’s cover had come apart. "This is a prime example of cheap engineering and the cost of going too cheap and too simple … something @Tesla is known for."

New owners have also raised complaints with the initial batch of Basecamp tents, advertised as luxury camping solutions with seamless attachment to the Cybertruck's rear, as "unpolished homeless encampments" and a "monumental failure" despite promises of an "ultra-soft mattress" and an "enhanced camping experience."

In another setback, a Tesla Cybertruck stranded on the Corral Hollow OHV (off-highway vehicle) Trail in Bear Valley, California, suffered from software glitches that affected its traction control and tire deflation. Rescuers found that the truck had no proper tow points, which forced them to attach ropes to the suspension for recovery.

Moreover, other Cybertruck owners in California have reported seeing "orangish tints and spots" indicative of rust after rain exposure, despite its "ultra-hard stainless-steel exoskeleton" meant to minimize dents, damage and corrosion. Another video that went viral in December showed how a Tesla Cybertruck, carrying a Christmas tree, experienced brake failure, while struggling on the snowy off-road hill in California's Stanislaus National Forest.
