I believe he will be in "jail" with secret service where he will be insulated and free from bad optics when things go down.
I think this is the major play. He must appear in a position where he is powerless to avoid negative optics while major events take place. Why else would he be so open to going to jail when legal counsel and even members of the GOP are calling for the SC to quickly handle his appeal? This is all planned. We are watching a movie. Buckle up, because things are about to go down.

They conveniently omitted the over a defendant’s objection. and its always these little things that makes fake news fake.
